FAST FASHION

Have you ever heard of fast fashion?

Fast fashion is when a high volume of clothing is manufactured, with low quality materials. Though the clothing is trendy, it is poorly made and does not last long. The clothing then ends up as rags in our landfills.

FAST FURNITURE

Similarly, there is something called fast furniture. Fast furniture is, as many of you have already guessed, trendy furniture, produced in mass volumes and out of poor quality materials. The furniture then ends up in major stores at an unbeatable bargain price. As tempting as it is to buy furniture at this low price, it comes with its own issues. Unfortunately, that furniture breaks down rather quickly. According to the New York Times, 12 million tons of furniture ends up in American landfills every year. https://www.nytimes.com/2022/10/31/realestate/fast-furniture-clogged-landfills.html

LUXURY DESIGNS MISSION

As an upholstery shop, we saw such furniture all the time. When taken apart, the frames are poorly constructed, and the materials used are very cheap. Instead of plywood or wood, most booths have particle board or cardboard backs, which break down quickly. Instead of foam, there is just batting or Dacron. Realizing the need for quality furniture, we decided to manufacture our own. As a luxury furniture manufacturer, we stand by the quality of our furniture. We construct our furniture to last. We do not subscribe to a wasteful mentality. We believe in providing sustainable, visually stunning, high-end furniture. Our luxury furniture is made with the finest materials to produce the highest quality

product.

Sure, it may be more costly up front, but buying good furniture will save you money in the long run, as well as reduce the waste that is suffocating our beautiful planet.
